Located in the rural community of Ferrisburgh, Vermont, the historic farm on which sits the Rokeby Museum, was once home of the Robinson family and served as a safe house as part of the Underground Railroad, harboring runaway slaves.

In 1997, the 90-acre property and its many auxiliary buildings have been declared a National Historic Landmark.
