The collection of the National Gallery of Art spans multiple centuries, with art from the middle ages to more recent modern and contemporary pieces. This includes artworks by well-sounding names like Monet, Van Gogh and Rembrandt.
Admission to the National Gallery of Art is free of charge, but you can optionally book a guided tour. The Gallery is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and only closes on December 25th and January 1st.
